To achieve a smooth finish and uniform quality of the parts, we make use of high-precision mechanisms in the XYZ axis of a 3D Printer. We make use of linear guide rails in XY axis assembly that contains parallel track and roller or rail on the top of the track. Wherever ball screw is used in the Z axis it acts like an actuator that contains thread pitch and smooth rollers which will travel over the bed of a 3D Printer.
